2. Platform की प्रकृति
AstroLive.co.in एक multi-astrologer platform है — न किसी एक astrologer की personal website। यहाँ multiple verified ज्योतिषाचार्य independently operate करते हैं और अपनी services प्रदान करते हैं। Platform Blogspot (Google Blogger) पर hosted है। AstroLive एक intermediary की भूमिका निभाता है — astrologers और clients को connect करता है — और साथ ही platform-level standards, quality और ethics को ensure करता है।
3. सेवा उपयोग की पात्रता (Eligibility)
हमारी services का उपयोग करने के लिए:
- आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।
- 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्ति केवल माता-पिता या कानूनी अभिभावक की लिखित सहमति और पर्यवेक्षण में consultation ले सकते हैं — ऐसी consultation अभिभावक के नाम पर होगी।
- आप legally binding contracts enter करने में सक्षम होने चाहिए।
- आप सही और accurate जन्म विवरण प्रदान करने में सक्षम हों।

5. Booking और Payment
5a. Consultation Booking Process
- WhatsApp Contact: हमारे WhatsApp number (+91-9122922320) पर message करें। अपना नाम, जन्म विवरण और consultation का विषय बताएं।
- Astrologer Selection: हम आपकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार सबसे उपयुक्त astrologer और available slots बताएंगे।
- Confirmation: Service और slot confirm करें।
- Advance Payment: Consultation शुल्क advance में UPI / Bank Transfer (India) या Wise / SWIFT (International) द्वारा pay करें।
- Slot Confirmation: Payment receive होने के बाद slot officially confirm होगा।
- Consultation: Confirmed date/time पर WhatsApp पर consultation (Call, Chat या PDF Report — जो agreed हो)।

महत्वपूर्ण: Consultation quality के बारे में dissatisfaction के लिए refund नहीं मिलता — क्योंकि ज्योतिष की सटीकता guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती (देखें: Disclaimer)। हालांकि, यदि astrologer ने consultation ही नहीं दी या committed service deliver नहीं की — तो refund/reschedule का अधिकार है।
6. User की जिम्मेदारियां
हमारी services का उपयोग करते हुए आप सहमत होते हैं कि:
Accurate Information — सही जानकारी देना
आप consultation के लिए accurate और सत्य जानकारी प्रदान करेंगे — विशेषकर जन्म तिथि, समय और स्थान। गलत जानकारी देने से ज्योतिषीय विश्लेषण प्रभावित होता है और उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं होगी।
Appropriate Use — उचित उपयोग
आप हमारी services का उपयोग केवल legitimate personal purposes के लिए करेंगे। निम्न उपयोग सख्त प्रतिबंधित है:
- Illegal, fraudulent या harmful purposes के लिए
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी उनकी सहमति के बिना share करना
- Platform को technically harm करने का प्रयास (hacking, scraping)
- Astrologers या team को harassment या abuse करना
- Platform पर false reviews या misleading content post करना
- Consultation content को commercially resell करना
Independent Decision Making
आप समझते हैं कि ज्योतिषीय परामर्श एक guidance है — final decision आपका अपना होगा। किसी भी consultation के आधार पर लिए गए निर्णय और उनके परिणामों की जिम्मेदारी आपकी अपनी है।
7. Astrologers की जिम्मेदारियां
AstroLive.co.in के सभी verified astrologers निम्न standards के प्रति committed हैं:
- Consultation में honest और शास्त्र-आधारित guidance प्रदान करना
- Client की personal जानकारी की confidentiality बनाए रखना
- Guaranteed results का झूठा दावा न करना
- किसी भी client को unnecessary expensive remedies के लिए pressure न देना
- Confirmed consultation समय पर deliver करना
- AstroLive.co.in की platform policies का पालन करना
8. Intellectual Property
AstroLive.co.in पर published सभी content — articles, rashifal, consultation reports, custom images, analyses — AstroLive.co.in और संबंधित astrologers की intellectual property है। बिना prior written permission के:
- Content को copy, reproduce, republish या commercially use नहीं किया जा सकता
- Consultation reports और PDF analyses को publicly share नहीं किया जा सकता
- Website को automated tools से scrape नहीं किया जा सकता

11. Services की समाप्ति
AstroLive.co.in निम्न परिस्थितियों में किसी user को services देने से मना कर सकता है या उनकी ongoing consultation terminate कर सकता है:

- Astrologers या team को harassment, abuse या threatening behavior
- Fraudulent payment या false information
- Platform की illegal use
ऐसी situation में paid consultation का refund case-by-case basis पर assess किया जाएगा।
12. Terms में बदलाव
हम इन Terms को किसी भी समय update करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। Material changes होने पर website पर notice दिया जाएगा और "Last Updated" date update की जाएगी। Updated Terms effective होने के बाद services का उपयोग जारी रखना updated Terms की स्वीकृति मानी जाएगी। नियमित रूप से इस page को check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
